随着现代社会的发展,竞技运动训练走向科学化,早已不再是单纯身体能力的竞争,而是思维能力、创新能力以及科学技术水平的竞争。教练员——创新训练的设计者,必须要具有良好的创新思维能力、良好的创新意识、坚强的意志力、信息收集利用能力、宽广的基础知识和高深的专业知识、强烈事业心和责任感。
