摘要
从健美操的特点及竞赛规则对身体姿态的要求入手,分析了核心力量对维持身体姿态的重要性,比较分析其与传统力量练习的区别,提出了关于健美操核心力量训练的特点和注意事项,为当前健美操运动员的身体姿态训练提供参考。
The paper analyses the importance of core strength to remaining the aerobics posture and compares the differences between the core strength and the traditional strength training. The paper proposes the features and cautions of the core strength training of the aerobics.
