摘要
运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法及数理统计法,研究分析高校体育教师的职业发展阶段、对高校体育教师职业的认同程度、成功因素及对自身专业发展所作出的努力程度,为高校体育教师的专业认识及发展提供参考。
With the research methods of literature study, expert interview, questionnaire investigation and statistics, the paper analyses the professional development stages, professional recognition, success factors and effort for the professional development of the university P.E. teachers.
