Association and Interaction between the Inner-party Democracy and the People's Democracy

在党内民主与人民民主关系问题上,我们党创造性地提出党的领导、人民当家作主、依法治国有机统一的社会主义政治文明发展模式,基本途径是坚持以党内民主带动人民民主,以党的坚强团结保证全国各族人民的大团结。在中国特色社会主义民主政治进程中,正确处理党内民主与人民民主的关系,实现二者的相互促进,要求加强和改进党的自身建设,推进政治体制改革,发展基层民主。

On the relations between the inner-party democracy and the people＇s democratic, our party has creatively put forward the development model of socialist political civilization including the Party＇s leadership, people＇s master status and the system of ruled by law. The basic approach is to adhere to the inner-party democracy, promote peo- ple＇s democracy and stick to the party＇s strong unity to ensure the great unity of people of all nationalities. In the process of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics, we should handle the relationship between in- ner-party democracy and the people＇s democracy correctly to achieve the mutual promotion, which need strengthen and improve the Party building, promote the political restructuring and the development of grassroots democracy.
