政党是协调社会利益、表达民众诉求、引领国家进步的关键力量。全球化背景下,政党必须在做好硬实力建设的同时,注重自身软实力建设。政党软实力主要包括价值观、包容性、亲和力、号召力和国际影响力等方面。世界各大政党在软实力建构过程中积累了许多有益经验,值得思考和借鉴。我们党应当重视软实力建设,不断提高组织吸引力、社会号召力和国际影响力,从而在国内争取最广大人民群众的拥护,在国际上争取更多政治力量的认同。

The political party is recognized as a key force for coordinating the society＇s interets and expressing the interests of people＇s demand as well as leading the advancement of the country. Along with the coming of the glob- alization age, the political party must do well in the construction of basic hard power,at the same time,it should pay more attention to strengthen self-construction on the aspection of soft power. The soft power of the political party mainly includes several aspects as follows, the concept of value , the appetency, the inclusiveness,the rallying point and international influence.some big political parties in the world have accumulated many beneficial experiences in the in the process of Construction of soft power ,which can be taken for our reference. As for the Chinese Commu- nist Party,leading 13 billion Chinese people,also should place high value on self construction. It should promote the constant improvement of organizational attraction,the social appeal and expand its international impact, so that it can gain the the most broad masses of the people＇s support and esteem and gets certification from international community.
