Nursing Countermeasures to Nosocomial Infection in Modern Operating Room

目的:探讨现代手术室预防感染的管理与控制方法,提高医疗护理水平。方法:通过监测寻找手术室感染的来源:空气污染、手术用物、工作人员、操作问题等。结果:建立完善的管理与监督体系。注重手术前感染管理,手术中环节的感控管理,重视术后处理,有效地预防与控制医院感染。结论:有效地落实术前、术中和术后感染管理是控制手术室感染的重要途径。

Objective： To improve the level of medical care through investigating the management and control methods of nosocomial infection in modern operating room. Methods： All kinds of monitoring results were analyzed including air pollution, surgical instruments, work staff and operating problems etc to find the causes of nosocomial infection. Results： Establishing perfect management and monitoring systems, intensifying the management of infection before operation and the control of infection during operation and attaching importance to treatment after operation could effectively prevent and control nosocomial infection in modern operating room. Conclusions： To practice the infection management before operation, during operation and after operation will be the important strategies to control nosocomial infection in operating room.
