内涵式发展引领下的电大网上教学实效性例析 被引量:3

摘要 基于网络的电大开放教育经过"试点",现已转入常规。加强内涵、提升质量已成为新时期电大发展的主题。当前网上教学的主要矛盾是从理念到技术的先进性与生源质量的越来越"低端化"的矛盾,由此引发了开放教育网上教学难以产生实效的一系列问题。应从学生实际出发,建立教学标准,实施在线跟踪,创设激励机制。 Network based open education of Radio and TV University has turned into routine after eight years of pilot project.Therefore,strengthening its intension and improving its quality has become the proposition of the new era.Currently,the main conflict of online teaching is between its advanced idea and technology and the low quality of students source,which led to a series of problems as the low effect of online teaching in open education.Focusing on this problem,the author proposed three measures on the basic of teaching instance: establish teaching standard based on the real situation of the student,carry out online tracking and create incentive mechanism;and put forward several problems need to be clarified related to some vague understanding in current online teaching.
