摘要 为避免电厂废水的二次污染和管道腐蚀,在对废水进行脱硫、脱硝处理的同时,得到具有经济价值的副产品,降低运行费用,提出了用化学加膜法对经过电厂水膜除尘器之后的废水进行处理,使其能循环利用.将含有SOx和NOx等污染物的废水简化为含有硫酸和硝酸的废水,让氨水分别与硫酸和硝酸充分反应,得到了最佳反应浓度、温度及氨水的经济消耗量,为理论研究和实际应用提供了可借鉴的依据. In order to avoid the secondary pollution and pipe erosion, and gain byproducts with economic worth during the process of desulfurizing and desaltpeterring, the way of chemistry-membrane is proposed to deal with wastewater passing through the dust catcher of power plant, and the wastewater can be reused. Wastewater containing SOx and NOx as well as other pollutants is simplified to be the wastewater containing vitriol and nitric acid, which can react chemically with ammonia separately. The optimal concentration and temperature for reaction are obtained, and the economical consumption of ammonia is achieved. The study makes a good foundation for theoretical research and practical application.
