Study on L-DRB/A8 Full-Closed Refrigerator Oil

通过对产品规格、基础油、添加剂的研究和压缩机试验,研制了L-DRB/A8全封闭冷冻机油。L-DRB/A8全封闭冷冻机油是一种适用于以异丁烷为冷媒的封闭式制冷压缩机专用润滑油,具有良好的低温性、热-化学稳定性、电绝缘性及润滑性,与封闭式制冷压缩机同寿命,能够满足封闭式制冷压缩机运行工况的要求。

Through the investigation on product specifications, lube base oils and chemical additive packages, L -DRB/A8 full - closed refrigerator oil was prepared. It is one kind of special - purpose lubricating oil for enclosed refrigeration compressor using isobutane as the cold intermediary. The compressor experiment results showed that the lubricating oil possesses excellent low temperature fluidity, chemical stability and thermal stability, electric insulativity and lubricity, with the same life as enclosed refrigeration compressor. L - DRB/A8 full - closed refrigerator oil obtained can meet the requirements of enclosed refrigeration compressor operating mode.
