摘要
采用了一种新型往复式摩擦磨损试验机,对轧制油在不同材质表面上的润滑性进行了研究。实验结果表明,材质硬度对轧制油的润滑性能有一定的影响:随着材质硬度的增加摩擦系数有所增加;在一定温度范围内,随着温度的升高,润滑油在不同的材质表面的摩擦系数均有所下降,且随温度的升高,材质对摩擦系数的影响有所增加;对于不同材质,不同品种的轧制油的差异不同。对比不同轧制工艺的镀锡板及汽车板,发现镀锡板的摩擦系数略高于汽车板,说明在轧制规程和轧制油相同的情况下,镀锡板轧制所需的润滑比汽车板高,因此,镀锡板轧制比汽车板轧制需要具有更高润滑能力的轧制油。
The lubricity of rolling oil on the surfaces of different materials was studied with Reciprocating Lubrication Tester. The results showed that the material hardness has some effect on the lubricity of rolling oil: The friction coefficient increases with the hardness ; Within a certain temperature range, all friction coefficients of the rolling oil on different material surfaces decrease as temperature increases, and the higher the temperature, the more effect the material on the friction coefficient; For different materials and different kinds of rolling oils, the effects are different as well. The tin - plate steel and sheet rolling steel obtained with different rolling processes were compared, it was found that the friction coefficient of tin - plate steel is higher than that of sheet rolling steel, indicating that the tin - plate rolling process needs more lubrication than the sheet rolling steel under the conditions of the same rolling process and rolling oil. So, the tin - plate rolling process needs a rolling oil with better lubricity compared to the sheet rolling steel process.
