摘要 阐述了铁谱仪的工作原理及其在设备磨损状态监测中独特的优势,考察验证了ZTP/FTP-X2直读铁谱仪的重复性和区分性。结果表明:ZTP/FTP-X2直读铁谱仪相对标准偏差在1%~9%之间,不影响正常的磨损趋势监测。并对固定式燃气发动机-压缩机组进行了定量磨损趋势和定性磨损状态的监测研究,监测结果表明:铁谱技术对机械设备的磨损趋势及突发故障能进行有效的监测。 The working principle of ferrograph and it's unique advantage in oil condition monitoring field are described in this paper. The repeatability and discrimination performance of ZTP/FTP - X2 direct reading ferrograph instrument were verified. The test result showed that the standard deviation within 1 -9 percentages will not affect the normal wear trend. The research work also involved the quantitative wearing tendency and the qualitative wear status monitoring function for natural gas engine and compressor. The monitoring result showed that ferrography technology can do effective monitoring and be a meaningful diagnosis tool for mechanical equipment's wearing trend and its abnormal failure.
