摘要
介绍了准备投入空间试验用高温超导接收机前端中的高温超导滤波器与斯特林制冷机耦合集成结构设计。首先介绍了结构设计所考虑的因素及总体结构方案设计,然后对集成系统中重要零、部件从材料的选取、结构的详细设计,以及热力学和机械强度校核计算等方面将设计过程进行了介绍,通过理论分析结合以往设计经验,认为该设计能够满足试验要求。
Integration structure design on high temperature superconductivity (HTS) filter with cryo- cooler for HTS space experiment was introduced. Involved factors and general structure design were described, moreover the critical parts design process including materials choice, detail structure design, ther- modynamics and mechanical calculation were introduced. The design can meet experiment demand by theory analysis combining with past successful design experience.
