LNG储罐主容器泄漏时外罐壁的传热特性 被引量:15

摘要 以一种LNG储罐为研究对象,利用有限单元法(FEM)分析了在主容器泄漏时的混凝土外罐壁的传热特性,研究了泄漏发生时外罐壁温度随着时间的变化过程,泄漏发展后的外罐壁的温度分布和热流密度,以及热保护边角(TCP)对于外罐壁传热的影响,指出了外罐壁热传导达到稳定后的传热特性。 For a kind of LNG storage tank, the heat transfer of concrete outer wall was analyzed with the finite element method(FEM)during the leakage of primary container. The temperature change of outer tank wall in different time in beginning of leakage, the temperature distribution and heat flux of outer tank wall when leakage develops and the effect of thermal corner protection(TCP)for heat transfer of outer tank wall were studied. Finally, the heat transfer characteristic when conduction of outer tank wall reaching equilibrium was pointed out.
