船用三轴燃气轮机故障方程的通用计算及分析

摘要 本文基于船用三轴燃气轮机的实际热力模型,推导出通用的故障方程。并采用Delphi7.0软件编写了该故障方程的小偏差系数的可视化计算程序。该计算程序适用于不同机型的三轴燃气轮机,减少了计算故障方程时的重复工作量;基于程序进行了仿真分析,着重研究了环境温度对故障方程系数的影响,所得结果可为燃气轮机故障诊断理论的实际应用提供参考。 Based on the thermodynamic model of the marine gas turbine with twin - shaft gas - generator. The fault equations are founded. Then the coefficients of the small deviation equations of the gas - turbine are calculated. A visual program is made to demonstrate this universal calculation procedure with the Delphi 7. o. The progress is applied for the other gas turbines with twin - shaft gas - generator. Based on the progress,the effect of the ambient temperature is analyzed for a higher prexision of calculation,The result is a foundation for the further investigation of the fault diagnosis.
