摘要
用mIL2分泌型小鼠黑色素瘤细胞(mIL2+B16)植入同种小鼠(C57BL/6)腹腔内诱导腹腔淋巴细胞(PEL)。对mIL2+B16及其亲代B16细胞在不同天数内诱导的PEL的数量、PEL组成成分、对靶细胞的杀伤百分率等几个方面的特点进行了动态分析和比较,结果显示:不同诱导天数的PEL之间,以上三个特点存在明显的动态变化规律,而mIL2+B16和B16的PEL之间的这种动态变化又存在明显的差别。在PEL的杀伤百分率上,mIL2+B16PEL比B16PEL却高一倍以上。电镜下观察PEL胞浆中的特殊颗粒(含Perforin,Granzymes)发现,mIL2+B16PEL中的含量明显多于B16PEL,以上这些说明mIL2+B16诱导的PEL抗肿瘤能力并非是通过免疫细胞数量上的增加来实现。
Peritoneal cavity exudate lymphocytes(PEL)were induced by mIL2 secreting mouse melamoma cell(mIL2+B16)after their inoculation in mouse peritoneal cavity.Have analysed the kinetic change of the mount,components,cytotoxity percent of PEL in different day induced by mIL2+B16 and compared with its parent B16 cells.The results indicate that there are different days.But there are distinct different kinetic change law between two strains PEL.Otherwise in total state,there are no distinct different in the mount level and components of two strains PEL.But the cytotoxity percent of mIL2+B16 PEL is twiceas that of B16PEL.To observe the special granules in lymphocytes cytoplasm,have observed the cytoplasm granules(contains Perforin,Granzymes) in mIL2+B16PEL are more than those in B16 PEL under electron microscope.All above indicates the more antitumor ability of mIL2+ B16 PEL is because their quality have been changed by IL2.
