摘要 为研究不同氮素水平对小麦幼苗植株性状和营养元素含量的影响,与2009年4—6月在盐城工学院生物实验中心以豫麦34为材料,进行了5个氮素水平下的盆栽试验。结果表明:在一定的范围内(<0.27g/kg),随着氮肥用量的增加,小麦幼苗的株高、茎叶宽、茎叶鲜、干重指标增加。超过该范围,上述指标不再增加。随着氮肥用量的增加,分蘖数、叶绿素含量呈增加趋势,与施氮量之间呈显著正相关关系。施氮处理的小麦茎叶中N含量均高于不施氮处理,而P、K含量随着施氮量的增加呈现先增加后减少的趋势。此试验条件下,适宜施氮(N)量范围在0.20~0.33g/kg。 To study the effect of different nitrogen levels on wheat seedling trait and nutrient content, Yumai 34 was tested for the material and 5 nitrogen levels was designed at pot test. The results showed that with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer application, the height, stem width, fresh and dry weight of stem and leaf in wheat seedling increased under 0.27 g/kg. Nevertheless it doesn't increase over this area. Wheat leaf chlorophyll content and nitrogen have a significant positive correlation, so does tiller number. Compared with control treatment, application of nitrogen increased N content in stem and leaf of wheat seedling, while P, K content increased first, and then with the increasing of N applied it presented a decreasing trend. Suitable application of nitrogen area was 0.20-0.33 g/kg in this experiment.
