两种除草剂胁迫对皇冠草生理特性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为了探索利用皇冠草作为水体除草剂污染的监测和修复植物的可行性,以沉水植物皇冠草为试验材料,研究了两种除草剂(乙草胺、氯嘧磺隆)胁迫对皇冠草的丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物阴离子(O2·-)、过氧化氢(H2O2)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响。结果表明,在两种除草剂胁迫下,皇冠草体内活性氧产生速率和H2O2的含量都显著升高;原生质膜的相对透性和MDA含量都迅速增加;3种保护酶SOD、POD、CAT的活性变化相似,均表现先升高后下降;乙草胺胁迫下的各项生理指标峰值都高于氯嘧磺隆。 In order to explore the possibility of using Echinodorus amazonicus as monitor and remediation plant to herbicide pollution, the physiological and biochemical characters of aqueous plant, Eehinodorus amazonicus, under stress of two different kinds of herbicides, acetoehlor and ehlorimuron-ethyl, were investigated. Systematic determinations and analyses were carried out from the aspects of MDA content, the production rate of O2^-*, the content of H2O2, the activities of POD, the activities of SOD and the activities of CAT. The results showed that under the stress of two kinds of herbicides the production rate of O2^-* and content of H2O2 raised remarkable. The permeability of plasmic membrane and content of MDA increased promptly. SOD, POD and CAT showed similar variation pattern, increasing followed decreasing. The peak value of physiological indicators under Aeetochlor stress was higher than that under chlorimuron-ethyl stress.
