中国国家农业科研院所布局现状、问题与调整思路

Current Situation, Problems and Method of Adjusting for the Layout of National Agricultural Research Institutes in China

国家级农业科研院所是中国农业科研的重要力量。此文在分析中国国家级农业科研院所基本组成以及分布情况的基础上,通过与国外发达农业国家的经验进行对比,指出了现阶段中国国家级农业科研院所布局存在的主要问题,提出了服务于国家农业科研创新体系的国家级农业科研院所调整思路。

National agricultural research institutes are scientific research in our country. Based on the analysis considered as a major part in the field of agricuhural of the basic elements as well as distribution situation of China＇s national agricultural research institutes and comparison with foreign experience of developed agricultural countries, this paper has pointed out the major problems existing in the layout of China＇s national agricultural research institutes and also has put forward the method of adjusting for China＇s national agricultural research institutes in national agricultural scientific research and innovation system.
