ADVANCED MIT-MTT LOGGING TECHNOLOGY FOR PIPE STRING DAMAGE DETECTION AND APPLICATION

摘要 井下管柱损伤对油气井的使用寿命、作业安全影响显著,特别是在高硫化氢的地区,更容易发生油套管受腐蚀而损伤的情况,因此井下管柱损伤检测在油田开发中具有重要意义。SONDEX公司制造的MIT—MTT组合测井仪对检测油管壁厚、井径的变化有准确的诊断能力,可对各种地质和工程因素等造成的套损、腐蚀、结垢等进行理想的检测,具有完整的数据采集、处理、评价等功能,能够定量、准确地描绘管壁有效厚度和管柱径向的变形情况,并提供详实、直观、三维的现场解释报告。本文列举中亚某油田两口气井的实例,对MIT—MTT组合测井仪在现场采集的测井数据进行了详细的解释,分析评价出该两口气井管柱腐蚀损伤情况,解释结果表明MIT-MTT组合测井结果符合该地区井下管柱的实际情况,MIT—MTT组合测井是油气田开发生产中检测井下管柱安全的一种先进的手段。 Downhole pipe string damage has remarkable impact on well lifetime and operation security,which occurs more easily especially in high hydrogen sulfide areas.Therefore damage detection is of great significance in oil field development. SONDEX MIT-MTT combination logging tool can measure oil pipe thickness and hole diameter accurately.It can also detect pipe damage,erosion and scaling caused by different geological and engineering factors.With complete data acquisition,processing and evaluation function,it can describe the effective thickness of pipe wall and radial distortion accurately and provide real,visible,3D interpretation report on site.The paper gives two gas wells in a oilfield of Middle Asia as an example.MIT-MTT combination logging tool is used to interprete and evaluate pipe corrosion damage condition of these two gas wells.The result shows that MIT-MTT combination logging coincides with the practical situation of the down-hole string in this area.It is an advanced means to detect downhole string.
