一次调频限幅对电网稳定运行影响分析

根据一次调频技术管理规定的要求,可以对一次调频负荷调整幅度进行限制,限制范围为机组额定负荷的±6%～±10%;另外大部分机组设有超速保护(OPC),动作转速为3090r/min。仿真计算和机组实际运行表明,当发电机组不平衡功率大于一次调频负荷调整幅度,OPC将反复动作,机组和电网不能稳定运行。根据仿真计算,改变一次调频负荷调整幅度,可增加机组和电网对不平衡功率的适应能力,使机组和电网稳定运行。
