商业步行街的地域文化性研究

Research on the regional character of the Pedestrian Mall

如今各地为了发展经济一味的引入商业步行街,单一的形式、杂乱的分布给整个城市带来了诸多问题。本文通过对安康市新城旧街区商业步行街规划设计过程的回顾,运用调查、分析、比较的手法,结合前人的研究成果,阐述了安康市新城旧街区商业步行街规划设计融入地域文化性的可行性和必要性;通过对国内外事例的比较研究,分析得出在各地步行街设计过程中融入地域文化性的可行性和必要性;总结了步行商业街融入地域文化性的方式和方法,探讨出使商业步行街更具活力、生命力的成功经验。

The pedestrian mall has been brought in many cities for economy development along with drawbacks, such as simple form, disordered distribution. This paper reviews the course of the plan for pedestrian mall in old street of Ankang＇ s new town, explains the the necessity and feasibility of the regional culture melting into the plan for pedestrian mall in old street, by investigating, analysing, comparingand combining the investigated fruits. This paper points out that It is feasible and important to design with regional culture, concludes its manner and method, and discusses the success experience of activity and vitality of pedestrian mall.
