摘要
以咪唑为封闭剂制备出含羧基封闭聚氨酯(BPU),聚酰胺多胺与环氧氯丙烷在封闭聚氨酯中反应得到封闭聚氨酯/聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷复合体纸张增强剂。研究了增强剂组分和添加量对纸张的增强作用,并用FT-IR和TEM分别对BPU分子结构及乳胶粒形态进行了表征。结果表明,增强剂中适量添加BPU可使湿抗张指数从4.93 N.m/g增至7.08 N.m/g,增幅高达43.61%;产物分子结构中出现了咪唑环和聚氨酯结构;乳胶粒粒径与BPU质量分数密切相关,乳胶粒形态呈不规则球形。
Imidazole blocked polyurethane/PAE composite paper strengthening agents were prepared through the reaction of polyaminamide and epichlorohydrin in imidazole blocked polyurethane (BPU) N-methyl pyrrolidone solution. Effects of the components and dosage of the paper strengthening agent on the physical properties of the treated paper were studied. At the same time, the structure of BPU and the parti- cle morphology of the resultant latex were characterized by FT-IR and TEM. The results showed that the wet tensile index can increase from d. 93 N·m/g to 7.08 N· m/g, and has an increase of 43.61% with a proper addition of BPU. Structures of imidazole ring and polyurethane are found in the BPU molecular structure. The morphology of the particle is anomalous sphericity and its size is close related to the content of BPU.
