汶瑞机械(山东)有限公司组织了年产10万t化学机械木浆成套设备的开发工作,已完成了除高浓磨和高浓混合器外的主体设备的设计任务,部分设备已应用于生产。但技术密集型的高浓磨是成套设备开发的关键,需要加强产、学、研、用相结合的运营机制,充分依靠团队合力攻克难关,力争在短期内以最小化的技术创新成本获得效益最大化的研发成果。

Wen Rui Machinery （Shandong） Co. , Ltd. organized the development of 100,000 t/a chemical mechanical wood pulping complete set equipment and has completed the main equipment design except for the high concentration refiner and high concentration mixer, and some equipment has been applied in production. However, the technology-intensive high concentration refiner is the key to the development of complete set equipment, which needs to strengthen the operating mechanism of the cooperation of the mills, universities and research institutes, fully rely on the team to overcome the difficulties, and strive to achieve the R ＆ D results with maximum efficiency by using minimum technological innovation cost in short term.
