Optimizing pressure filtration process of salt sludge to reduce salt content in salt sludge from chlor-alkali production

通过采取调整泥水比、用蒸汽预热洗泥水、完善操作规程、加强管理等措施,优化盐泥压滤工艺,盐泥含盐质量浓度由原来的60 g/L下降到15 g/L左右,取得了较好的环境和经济效益。

The pressure filtration process of salt sludge was optimited by taking measures such as adjusting the ratio of sludge to water, preheating the water for washing sludge by steam to raise its temperature, perfecting operation rules and strengthening management and thus the salt content in salt sludge was reduced from 60 to about 15 g/L, and good environmental effects and economic effects were obtained.
