摘要
文章应用轿车白车身硬件在环仿真的分析方法进行实际样件硬件在环测试及仿真分析,利用轿车白车身硬件在环静动态试验系统及硬件在环白车身有限元模型的修正方法,修正实例模型,为高效、低成本地进行轿车白车身系统调试、检测及性能评价等综合功能的开发和改进提供了重要的工具。
This paper takes several typical automobile body-in-white structures as the object and studies the numerical simulation of the hardware-in the-loop body-in-white. By using the tests and the finite element method, some key mechanical parameters are obtained for the optimized design of the body-in-white. The results show that the present hardware-in-the-loop body-in-white optimization design method is feasible and effective. Some improvements are suggested for the specific kind of the body-in-white design.
