摘要
文章利用光电技术对甲苯有机溶液与水的界面进行准确测定,并直接驱动2只不同的电磁阀,实现甲苯等有机物和水的自动分离,减少排出废水中所含的污染成分和提高对甲苯的回收率,有效降低生产成本。该装置具有防腐蚀、防爆、安装简便以及不破坏生产厂家的原生产设备和环境等特点。
The interface between toluene organic solution and water is determined accurately using photoelectric technology. The automatic separation of toluene organic solution from water is achieved by driving two different solenoid valves directly, thus decreasing the pollution components, improving the recovery ratio of toluene and reducing the conversion cost of the factory effectively. The technology has been shown to be a promising method for its corrosion resisting, explosion-proof and easy installation.
