摘要 通过室温拉伸、室温弯曲、冲击、维氏硬度等试验以及金相分析对1.4003铁素体不锈钢焊接接头的显微组织和力学性能进行了研究.试验结果表明:用熔化极混合气体保护焊焊接的1.4003接头,其抗拉强度高于母材,弯曲性能良好,HAZ处冲击功较低且随温度的降低急剧下降.焊缝区的硬度低于母材,熔合线附近硬度值有波动,过热区硬度没有明显下降.焊缝组织是以奥氏体为主的铁素体+奥氏体双相组织,焊接热影响区过热区铁素体晶粒粗大,是导致该部位韧性下降的主要原因. Microstructures and properties of 1.4003 ferritic stainless steel welded joints are investigated by room-temperature tensile test,impact test,Vickers hardness test and metallographic analyse.The results show that the joints by means of MAG has good tensile strength which is higher than base metal and good bend properties.HAZ on 1.4003 side has bad impact properties which will be sharply reduced with the temperature dropped.Near Fusion line the hardness has fluctuation.Hardness of overheating area is not decreased significantly.The microstructure of the welded seam is mainly austenitic organization consisting of duplex ferrite and austenitic.HAZ overheating area has unity coarsening ferritic grain,which caused toughness decline.The Organization of base metal is ferrite.
