护理干预对老年反流性食管炎患者睡眠质量的影响

Effect of the nursing intervention on sleep quality of elderly patients with reflux esophagitis

目的探讨护理干预对老年反流性食管炎患者睡眠质量的影响。方法将86例患者随机分为2组，对照组常规口服药物，治疗组在其基础上进行护理干预，观察2组患者在治疗后睡眠情况的质量差异。结果治疗组的有效睡眠率为95％，对照组为55％，治疗组的效果明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论护理干预对提高老年反流性食管炎患者的睡眠质量有促进作用。

Objective To discuss the effect of nursing intervention on sleep quality of elderly patients with reflux esophagitis. Methods 86 cases were randomly divided into 2 group , control group were treated with oral drugs, experimental group were treated with nursing intervention excepting oral drugs, to observe the different of sleep quality between 2 groups. Results The effective ratio of sleep quality in control group is 55%, experimental group is 95 %, there were significant difference between experimental group is better than control group（P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusions Nursing interveention exerted a promotion effect on sleep quality of elderly patients with reflux esophagitis.
