多关节同期置换术的围手术期护理

Perioperative nursing of multiple joint replacement patients at one-stage

目的探讨骨科多关节同期置换手术的围手术期护理，防止术中并发症。方法通过对8例三关节同期置换，1例四关节同期置换手术患者术前的访视，术中感染的有效控制，强直性脊柱炎困难体位的摆放，多种器械的更换及清点等进行总结，分析归纳术中护理配合要点及管理经验。结果手术配合顺利，变换体位平稳，数目清点准确，无一例感染及其他护理引起的术后并发症，9例均安返监护室。结论多关节同期置换手术时间长，出血多，创伤大，无菌程度要求高。体位及器械需要多次变换，保证。患者的翻身安全及数目的清点尤为重要，对护理配合要求高。因此，需要做好充分的术前准备，术中采取积极有效的护理措施，保证手术顺利进行。

Objective To evaluate perioperative nursing of multiple joint replacement patients at one-stage, in order to prevent the nursing complieationsnethods According to the summary of the 9 cases of perioperative nursing of multiple joint replacement patients at one：stage, the experience of introperative nursing care and administration was summarized. Results The operation went on smoothly with nursing care intraoperatively, no complications and the patients were sent to intensive care unit safely. Conclusions Simultaneous multiple joint arthroplasty was a relatively long period operation with big amount of blood lose, wound and multiple postures, the nursing care during this operation was updated. The preparation of the simultaneous multiple joint arthroplasty should get all the preoperation preparation well prepared. Only in way, the simuihaneous multiple joint arthroplasty could go very smoothly.
