小儿心脏术后气道管理的护理 被引量:3

摘要 小儿心脏外科术后气道管理是术后护理的重要环节,直接关系到心脏外科手术的成败,也影响着术后康复的进程。婴幼儿呼吸道狭小,肺泡弹性差,长时间的体外转流可使肺毛细血管受到不同程度的损害,产生通透性改变,使气道分泌物增多,易发生呼吸道并发症。
