对责任护士素质要求的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of the quality requirements to Primary Nurse

目的 从护士长和责任护士自身两方面对责任护士的素质要求进行对比分析。方法自行设计2份问卷分别调查护士长和责任护士自身对责任护士的素质要求。结果护士长和责任护士对于责任护士的素质要求评价标准基本一致。结论责任护士适合由具备护师职称及大专以上学历的护士担任，有较强的沟通能力和同情心，还要有非常强的综合能力，包括科研能力、教学能力、解决护患纠纷的能力以及对各种药物的掌握能力等。

ObJective To contrast and analysis the quality requirements to primary nurses of head nurse and primary nurses themselves. Methods Investigated the quality requirements to primary nurses of head nurse and primary nurses themselves dependently with two self-Designed questionnaires. Results There were coherent evaluation criterions between head nurse and primary nurses on quality requirements. Conclusions The position of primary nurse should be occupied by nurse practitioner and nurse with educational background of a junior college. Primary nurse should have sympathy, better communication ability, integrated ability such as scientific research, teaching, medicine application, they should also can solve disputes between nurse and patient.
