论中国外交布局中的“多边舞台”

On the Multilateral Arena of China's Diplomatic Deployment

"多边舞台"是中国外交布局的重要组成部分。就中国外交而言,中国外交理念的演进、中国国家身份的嬗变是战略性多边主义的研究重点;中国与区域及全球制度的关系,以及国际制度对国家的影响是制度性多边主义的研究重点。中国的多边外交历程呈现出明显的阶段性特征,在60年中先后经历了复杂多边外交、有限多边外交、建设性多边外交等三个时期。

＂Multilateral arena＂ is an important component of China＇s diplomatic deployment. The evolution of the Chinese diplomatic ideas and the changing identity of China are hot issues in the studies of strategic multilateralism. Thus, China＇s relations with different regions and with the global system, and the impact of the international institution on the state are now research focuses of institutional multilater- alism. The author observes that the development course of China＇s multilateralist diplomacy has showed obvious characteristics of development stages. In the past 60 years China has experienced three stages of development, namely, the period of complex multilateralist diplomacy, the period of limited multilateralist diplomacy, and the period of constructing muhilateralist diplomacy.
