某高炉煤气处理系统结构检测及计算分析 被引量:1

摘要 某炼铁厂6号、7号高炉在生产运行中发现煤气泄漏现象,为此从土建专业角度探索煤气泄漏的原因,为下一步处理提供技术依据。通过对结构现状、变形、振动特性、应力、温度的现场检测和结构变形、应力计算分析表明:下降管局部区域温度过高、上升管中上部的应力较大,但均在允许的范围内;下降管跨中位置挠度偏大,不满足相关规范要求。综合分析认为:该系统的结构变形和受力状态基本正常,提出严格控制下降管温度等整改意见。 There were gas leakages from No.6 and No.7 blast furnaces during their operation in an ironmaking plant,whose causes were explored.Through site detections of the deformation,stress,strain,and temperature etc of the structures,it was verified that the structural deformation and forced state of the gas treatment systems were normal,yet the local temperature of pipings was too high.According to the analysis of the deformation and stress of the structures,it was found out that the midspan deflection of downcomers for the gas treatment systems was too large,which could not meet the requirements of the code; the stress on the top of the risers was also greater,whereas could meet the strength of the piping material.The dead loads governed the deflection and stress of the pipings.Finally the suggestions on preventing gas leakages were proposed according to the said site detections.
