摘要
风力发电塔架法兰与筒体环缝焊接时,法兰平面易产生"角变形";故在焊接过程中采用刚性固定法控制角变形;并在组对工序中严格控制组对间隙。采用技术措施控制后可满足法兰平面度要求,且此控制方法已在多个工程中得到应用,取得较好效果。
It is attempted to illustrate the application of rigid fastening technique. In the process of welding wind power generating towers, there is a tendency of angular distortion in the plane of a flange.The rigid fastening technique can keep the distortion under control during weldings,and which can meet the requirement of the flange flatness.This technique has been used for several projects.
