摘要
目的了解2008年全国艾滋病自愿咨询检测工作相关数据的质量。方法于2009年2月11日,下载全国艾滋病自愿咨询检测数据库,对填表日期在2008年的所有《检测咨询个案登记表》进行统计分析。结果2008年,有2个省年滞后上报的个案数超过了700人次。全年月均上报及时率为81.9%,及时率随月份的增加而呈上升的趋势(χ2=37084.103,P<0.0001)。求询者类型为"其他"和"不详"的分别占30.0%和9.1%。全国上报自愿咨询检测门诊4027个,有效工作率仅为66.5%。结论定期开展自愿咨询检测工作数据质量的评估,不但可以促进数据上报的及时性和准确性,而且可以通过评估结果指导该项工作的发展方向,为疫情估计提供辅助信息。
Objective To assess the quality of data derived from the 2008 HIV voluntary counseling and tesing (VCT). Methods Data were downloaded from national HIV VCT database on February 11,2009. All the data on VCT clients recorded in 2008 were analyzed. Results Over 700 cases were reported with delay in two provinces. The average rate of timely reporting was 81.9 % in 2008 and the rate of timely reporting increased along with change of months (Χ^2=37 084.103,P〈0.000 1).Among VCT clients , " Other" and" Unknown" accounted for 30.0% and 9.1% separately;4 027 VCT clinics were reported to the national database, of which only 66.5% provided efficient services. Conclusion Regular evaluation of quality of VCT data promotes timeliness and accuracy of reported data, which will guide future VCT services and provide additional information for estimation of HIV/AIDS prevalence.
