吉林省MSM人群HIV和梅毒感染及性行为调查

A survey of the prevalence of HIV/syphilis infections and sexual behaviors among MSM in Jilin province

目的了解吉林省男男性行为人群(MSM)艾滋病病毒(HIV)和梅毒感染状况及性行为特征。方法采用一对一访谈方式,对吉林省三个大中城市MSM人群进行艾滋病/梅毒调查及检测。结果1172名MSM中,HIV感染率2.8%,梅毒感染率9.0%,合并感染率0.77%。最近6个月中,MSM多重性行为现象普遍,安全套坚持使用率较低;MSM在与女性发生性行为时,安全套坚持使用率为13.9%(31/223),显著低于同男性性行为时安全套使用率20.6%(χ2=30.82,P<0.001)。结论MSM人群高危性行为普遍存在,重视对具有双性性行为的MSM,以及HIV、梅毒阳性的MSM进行艾滋病/性病宣传教育,减少其高危性行为。

Objective To investigate the prevalence of HIV and syphilis infections and sexual behaviors among men who have sex with men （MSM） in Jilin province. Methods A face to face interview was used to collect information on AIDS and sexual transmitted diseases among 1172 MSM in three big cities in Jilin province, blood spe mens were collected for HIV and syphilis testing. Results Among 1172 MSM, prevalence for HIV was 2.8%, for syphilis 9.0%, and for HIV/syphilis co infection 0.77%. In the last six months, multiple sexual behaviors were common among MSM. The rate of condom use was significantly lower（Χ^2 =30.82, P〈0. 001） in homosexual MSM （13.9 %）. than in those having sex with women（20.6 % ）. Conclusions In order to reduce HIV and syphilis prevalence rates among MSM and other populations, and control the second generation transmission, government should disseminate knowledge of HIV/STI to MSM who are bisexually active and HIV/syphilis positive.
