摘要
介绍了一种基于DSP模糊PID算法的数字温度控制系统。该系统采用DSP TMS320 LF2407为微处理器,利用DS18B20温度传感器采集数据,经过模糊PID算法处理控制PWM输出,该输出经功率放大后控制半导体制冷器,从而使受控对象在要求的时间内达到设定的参考温度。实验结果表明:该系统稳定性能好、响应速度快、调节精度高,在0-100℃范围内控温精度达到±0.1℃。该系统具有一定的应用前景。
A fuzzy-PID temperature control system based on DSP is introduced.The system adopts DSP TMS320LF2407 as microprocessor,the DS 18B20 is used to acquire temperature data,fuzzy-PID control algorithm is applied to deal with the PWM output,and the output is amplified to control the semiconductor cooler,so that the controlled object can achieve the set reference temperature in demanded time.The experimental results show that the system has strong stability,fast response and high accuracy,and its precision of controlled temperature is able to achieve 0.1℃within the temperature range 0-100℃.This system has broad application prospects.
