摘要
本文建立了离子色谱抑制电导检测法测定食品中吊白块残留的方法。样品经固相萃取柱处理后,在下述色谱条件下测定:CIC-100标准型离子色谱仪,SH-Anion 3型阴离子色谱柱,0.010mol/L NaOH淋洗液等度淋洗。实验结果表明:在0.10-10.0mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=0.64X+0.06,R^2>0.9996,检测限为4.53μg/L,日间精密度RSD%小于3.51%,加标回收率在93.0%-102.2%之间。此方法用于面粉、腐竹、牛肚等食品中吊白块的测定,简便易行,灵敏度高,结果准确。
A method of ion chromatography with suppressed conductivity detection for determining sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate in food was developed.The samples were delt with solid-phase extraction and detemined in the followting chromatographic condition,CIC-100 ion chromatography instrument with an anion column(250mm×4.6mm i.d.) by means of an isocratic eluntion of 0.010 mol/L NaOH.The Calibration curve(Y=0.64X+0.06) showed that the linearity is good between 0.10 to 10.0 mg/L,R2〉0.9996,and the limit of detection(S/N=3) is 4.53μg/L.Withinday relative standard deviation(RSD) is less than 3.51%.The recoveries of sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate in different spiked samples are between 93.0 to 102.2%.The method,which is used to determine sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate in flour,yuba,beef tripe,etc.,is accurate,sensitive,quick and suitable for routine food analysis.
