Research Progress and Future Development on China’s Aerospace Collaborative Multi-project Planning Method

分析了我国航天多型号并行研制的现状,阐述了当前多型号并行研制中计划编制存在的问题及其产生的原因,综述了国内外有关多项目计划编制方法的研究进展,提出协同计划编制是解决我国当前航天型号计划编制问题的重要途径,介绍了面向航天多型号并行研制的协同计划编制方法以及今后的主要研究内容。

The status of China＇s aerospace multi-projects in parallel development is analyzed. The problems and their causes of multi-projects planning in China aerospace are described. An overview of domestic and foreign on multi-projects planning methods is given. Collaborative Multi-projects planning is an important solution to those problems. The main technologies of collaborative planning need to be resolved in future are introduced.
