摘要
在传统预应力张拉设备进行钢绞线张拉时,通常通过人工操作换向阀进行换向,而依靠人工测量钢绞线张拉长度来进行换向,存在人为干扰大、精度低、安全系数低等缺点。针对这些缺点,结合专用应力传感器、位移传感器、可编程逻辑控制器以及上位工控机,对设备进行了改造,改进后的系统实现了预应力张拉过程的远距离监控和操作等功能。实验结果表明,智能预应力张拉装置具备良好的精度、实时性及安全性能,完全达到预应力钢绞线张拉工程需求。
Usually in operation of stretching steel twisted wires with traditional pre-stressed stretching equipment, the reversal valve is manually operated and the stretching length is measured manually. These bring the demerits of big man-made interference, low accuracy and low safety coefficient. In order to overcome these disadvantages, by combining dedicated pressure transducer, displacement transducer and programmable logic controller as well as host PC, the equipment has been retrofitted for implementing remote monitoring and operation of pre-stressed stretching process. The experimental result shows that the intelligent equipment features excellent accuracy, real-time and safety performance, and fully meets engineering demands.
