摘要
在SZ36-1CEP平台实际使用过程中,针对因一台发电机工作不正常或超负荷,造成平台的电力系统不能稳定工作而影响整个平台的正常生产的问题,利用PLC系统的先进检测控制技术与强大的运算功能,构建了海上石油平台发电机组应急卸荷控制系统。分别给出了系统软硬件设计以及各控制级的逻辑控制图,实现了海上采油平台发电机组在线负荷的实时监控。实际运行表明,该控制系统性能稳定、运行效果良好。
In practical operation of SZ36-1CEP platform, normal production of the whole platform might be influenced because the power system cannot run stably caused by one of the power generation units running abnormal or overload. To overcome the problem, by adopting advanced detection and control technologies and powerful calculation functions of PLC system, the emergency unload control system for power generation unit of sea petroleum platform is structured. The design of hardware and software, and the logic control diagrams of each control level are illustrated respectively. The design implements real-time and on line load monitoring for the generation units. The practical operation shows that the control system offers stable performance and excellent results.
