HPLC法同时测定舒心通脑胶囊中羟基红花黄素A和栀子苷含量

HPLC determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A and geniposide in Shuxin Tongnao capsules

目的:建立同时测定舒心通脑胶囊中羟基红花黄色素A和栀子苷含量的方法。方法:采用Kromasil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以0.05mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾-乙腈(89∶11)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长230nm,柱温30℃。结果:羟基红花黄色素A及栀子苷浓度分别在0.016～0.080mg·mL-1和0.024～0.120mg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率(n=5)分别为99.1%(RSD=1.0%)和100.0%(RSD=1.5%)。结论:本方法操作简单,结果准确,可用于舒心通脑胶囊的质量控制。

Objective：To develop an HPLC method for the determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A and geniposide in Shuxin Tongnao capsules.Methods：The HPLC analysis was performed on Kromasil C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） with mobile phase of potassium dihydrogen phosphate（0.05 mol·L-1）-acetonitriles （89∶11） at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1;The detective wavelength was 230 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results：The linear range of hydroxysafflor yellow A was 0.016-0.080 mg·mL-1,and the average recovery was 99.1% with RSD=1.0%;The linear range of geniposide was 0.024-0.120 mg·mL-1,and the average recovery was 100.0% with RSD=1.5%.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Shuxin Tongnao capsules.
