摘要
目的:建立萎胃宁浓缩丸定性定量方法。方法:采用TLC法鉴别方中黄芩、黄连、白芍、木香、甘草;采用HPLC法测定芍药苷含量,色谱柱为Phenomenex Luna C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.02%磷酸(15∶85),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长230nm;柱温25℃。结果:定性鉴别薄层色谱特征明显;芍药苷浓度在6.14~122.8μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率(n=5)为97.7%,RSD=1.7%。结论:该法可以准确地对萎胃宁浓缩丸进行定性、定量,有效地控制该制剂的质量。
Objective:To establish the quality and quantity methods of Weiweining concentrated pills.Methods:Radix Scutellariae,Rhizoma Coptidis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Aucklandiae,Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae in this preparation were identified by TLC.The content of paeoniflorin in Weiweining concentrated pills was determined by HPLC.HPLC method was performed on a Phenomenex Luna C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.02% phosphoric acid(15∶85).The wavelength of detector was set at 230 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃.Results:Characteristics of identification were very obviously.The linear range of paeoniflorin was 6.14-122.8 μg·mL-1(r=0.9997) and the average recovery was 97.7%(RSD=1.7%).Conclustion:The methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis are accurate and suitable for effectively controlling quality of Weiweining concentrated pills.
