摘要
以低硒及补硒粮饲料饲养大鼠4周后,给予豆油和鱼油(50g/kg)继续饲养4周,用HPLC法测定其血浆游离脂肪酸含量和组成。结果表明,单纯补豆油后血浆C_(18:2)、C_(18:3)及游离多不饱和脂肪酸含量明显增高,加油后同时伴有GSH-Px活性明显降低。饲料中补硒(0.1μg/g)对上述变化具有不同程度地纠正作用。结果提示,在膳食硒不足的情况下,增加多不饱和脂肪酸饮食,机体抗氧化能力降低,同时FFA含量和组成发生变化,可能降低心肌功能并且参与心肌损伤的发病机制。
Wistar rats were maintained on the selenium (Se) deficient or Se supplemented diets for 4 weeks and then on the diets supplemented with fish oil (FO) or soybean oil (SO) (50g/kg) for 4 weeks. The free fatty acids (FFA) of plasma in rats were measured by high perfomance liquid chromatogrophy. The results showed that linoleic acid, linolenic acid and free polyunsatured fatty acid (FPUFA) contents in rats fed on SO were significantly higher than those of the control, but the blood GSH - Px activity were significantly decreased in both FO and SO supplemented groups. There were resemblances in the effects of adding Se. The results suggest that PUFAs overload can decrease the antioridant ability of rats fed on Se deficient diets and influence FFA contents and compositions, and reduce myocardial function and take part in pathogenesis of myocardial damaging.
