摘要
提出将自抗扰控制技术运用于测厚仪反馈型AGC系统,用来减弱厚度反馈时滞和外干扰给系统带来的不利影响。仿真结果证明基于该技术设计的控制器能有效地抑制干扰、减小时滞对板带出口厚度的影响,其控制性能优于常规的PID控制器,为提高带钢厚度的精度提供了一种新的解决办法。
A method of active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) applied in thickness gauge feedback-type AGC was proposed,an automatic gauge controller is designed to attenuate the bad influence resulted from the time-delay and external disturbance.Simulation result shows that this controller can effectively attenuate disturbance of the system and the bad influence resulted from the time-delay, the control performance of the controller is better than that of conventional PID-type controller.This is a new method to promote further improvement of thickness accuracy.
