目的：研究人转化生长因子β１（ＴＧＦβ１）成熟肽基因在大肠杆菌中的表达。方法：利用ｐＥＴ－３ｂ载体，分别从宿主、培养基、诱导时间及转录终止子的距离等方面对ＴＧＦβ１的表达进行了优化。结果：ＴＧＦβ１在大肠杆菌中获得一定程度的表达，并存在于包涵体中。结论：利用ｐＥＴ表达系统，可使ＴＧＦβ１基因在大肠杆菌胞内获得表达。

Objective: The expression of human transforming growth factor β1 mature peptide gene in Escherichia coli is studied. Methods: pET3b Vector used to study the expression is optimized in terms of host, culture medium, induction time and distance of transcription terminator. Results: After optimization, TGFβ1 got expression in E.coli to some extent, and existed in inclusion body.Conclusion: pET expression system could be used to express TGFβ1 gene in the cytoplasm of E.coli.
