摘要
酶工程课程是高职院校中生物技术及应用专业的一门重要专业课。结合工作实践,从理论及实践教学内容,教学方法和成绩考核办法的改革几个方面,探讨了如何搞好酶工程的教学,提高高职院校学生手脑并用的能力。
Enzyme engineering is an important professional course of biotechnology and the application sociality in higher vocational colleges . This paper discusses how to do a good job in enzyme engineering teaching to raise the ability of using the hands together with the brain for students in vocational college, the discussion which is on the basis of work practice is main in theory and practice content of course, teaching methods and reformation of final-examination.
