Web Accessibility Standard Introduction

很多发达国家都以技术标准为依据、以政策法规为保障开展了互联网无障碍建设工作。我国的这项工作也已经启动,工业和信息化部2008年3月推出了《信息无障碍—身体机能差异人群—网站设计无障碍技术要求》,要求网站的设计要支持可感知性、可操作性、可理解性和兼容性技术要求。在政府部门和社会各界的大力支持和共同推动下,该标准正在逐步推广实施。

In many advanced countries, web information accessibility tasks are in progress according to technical standards, the national laws and government policies guarantee the implementation of rules in the standard. In China, this task has also been initiated, a standard named ＇ Information Accessibility - for People with physical disabilities -Technical Requirements for Web Accessibility＇ has already been issued by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in Mar. 2008, information accessibility rules have been prescribed in this standard to make website be perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. By the support of government and social organizations, this standard is carded into execution.
