摘要
目的探讨当归多糖ASP3对亚慢性辐射损伤小鼠细胞凋亡的影响及其防护作用。方法以当归多糖ASP3为受试物,用^(60)Coγ射线对小鼠进行小剂量亚慢性照射,采用POD原位末端标记和免疫组化方法检测ASP3对辐射损伤小鼠骨髓细胞的凋亡抑制率以及对肝细胞凋亡相关基因bcl-2蛋白表达的影响。结果ASP3能有效抑制亚慢性辐射损伤引发的小鼠骨髓细胞、肝细胞凋亡的发生,增强机体的辐射耐受性。结论当归多糖具有抗辐射功能,对亚慢性辐射损伤小鼠有良好的防护作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of polysaccharide ASP3 from Angelica sinensis on apoptosis in subchronic radiation-injured mice. Methods The polysaccharides ASP3 was orally administered to groups of mice. After exposure to ^60Co γ rays, apoptosis rate of bone marrow and Bcl-2 protein expression of liver cells in the irradiated mice were examined, using in situ end labeling and immunohistochemistry methods, respectively. Results The ASP3 pretreatment might prohibit occurrence of apoptosis in radiation-damaged liver and bone-marrow, and enhance tile radiation endurance of the body. Conclusion The ASP3 has the potential radioprotective effect in subchronic radiation-injured mice.
