关于中国气象经济发展路径的阶段性思考

The Development Path Choice for China’s Meteorological Economy under the International View

通过抚脉"气象经济的国际性走势",客观总结国际上现有的"几种范式的比较",特别是理性剖析"中国气象界的迟滞与彷徨"招致的现实困窘给我们的警示,文章得出如下结论:我国气象经济发展的可行路径——近期宜为:"公益为主,兼营商业化"的澳大利亚模式;远期宜为:"公私有别"的"准美国模式"。

To see ＂the international trend of the meteorological ecnomy＂, physically conclude the thinking of ＂comparations of some kinds of modes＂ we have at present, especially physically analyse the present alarms ＂the stop and doubt of China＇ s meteorology＂ that give to us. We think, the road of our meteorology economical development of our country is ,at present, ＂publicist as main, and also with commercialist＂, which called Australian mode; in the future,it is ＂the differences in public and commercial＂, which called American mode.
